I remember when I was a junior in high school and I was living in the dorm at a Christian High school that was hours from home. My tuition was payed and I ate at the cafeteria but I had no extra money for the little things. One of my older brothers, Steve, had a job and barely made enough to live on but he would faithfully send me $5.00 every week. Because my brother had nothing, this gift was given from nothingness. So it became much more than $5.00 to me. It became security in his love, compassion, joy, peace, rest, and much more. It (the giving not the money) became Christ sacrificing Himself for me. Giving is such a powerful tool. I must reassure you that I am not writing this expecting a gift of money from you, but I do want to ask for the gift of prayer. We are all busy and our days fill up quickly, so I am asking that you take 5 minutes a day and pray for our family, our plans, our move, and our mission field. The need for prayer warriors is our greatest need.
We do need financial support. We believe that God will bless our family and supply for us.
